Bridge Sibling EnCOURAGEment Activities (1 unit supports 20 siblings)

Thanks to the generous support from the Scarcelli Family Foundation, we are able to offer the Sibling EnCOURAGEment Kits to our hospital partners to support 20 sibling for just $1.50 an activity.

The Sibling EnCOURAGEMENTment activities can be used with the Sibling Program or can be added boosts of encouragement that can stand alone as activities by themselves.

Research shows that siblings who have a brother or sister coping with a serious illness often suffer from extreme anxiety and worries. Together, we hope the Sibling EnCOURAGEment activities can alleviate stress experienced by siblings and foster communication with trusted adults.

Being a sibling is an important job! The Beads of Courage Sibling EnCOURAGEment activities are designed to help siblings Record, Tell and Own their Story of Courage as they journey alongside their brother or sister who is coping with a serious illness.

The Bridge Activity features a printed activity, small amount of additional activity beads, courage clip and a QR code that will link the sibling to a resource page designed just for siblings!
