Beads of Courage is proud to partner with 300+ member hospitals and organizations as we work together to support those coping with serious illness, their families, the clinicians who care for them, and anyone impacted by serious illness through our arts in medicine programs. Thank you for supporting the mission of Beads of Courage and being an ambassador who helps children and teens  RECORD, TELL, and OWN their stories of COURAGE. Our small team is working hard every day to make sure you have the beads you need when you need them.

To serve you better, we’re shifting to a new ordering process. We ask hospitals to order about six months’ worth of beads at a time. Please allow 2–3 months for us to source, prepare and ship your order with care.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Enter your account email on the Sign In page to reset your password. A code will be emailed to you to log in. 
   
2. NEW USERS for BOC Flagship Programs - Please contact us at programs@beadsofcourage.org so we can confirm that you are eligible to order, meet you, provide orientation to program implementation, and update our records.
3. Only order materials for the Flagship program that your organization is licensed to use.
4. All orders will be a Purchase Order (PO) for 6 months or more of materials. Only PO's of licensed users will be approved and processed.
5. Include your purchase order number with all orders, or we will assign one.
6. Include the Flagship Program Type associated with the order (HO, CA, NICU, CHR, BURN).
7. Invoices will be sent once PO approved and processed. Secure credit card link can be sent upon request.
8. In stock items will be shipped upon receipt of payment. - Please allow 2-3 weeks upon receipt of payment for in stock items to ship, otherwise we will use your order request to appropriately source the required amount of materials our partners need.
